Which areas of the UAE do you build in?
We build across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain. If your plot sits outside those emirates, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can service it.
What does a turnkey villa project include?
Architectural design, authority approvals, structural work, MEP, internal finishes and joinery, plus external works such as pools and landscaping. You can also appoint us for a single stage rather than the full package.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on plot size, design complexity and how quickly approvals come through. We issue a stage by stage programme alongside your quotation, then report progress against it throughout the build.
Do you handle building permits and authority approvals?
Yes. We prepare and submit the drawings, manage the approval process with the relevant municipality and authorities, and keep the build compliant with local regulations.
How is the project priced and paid for?
You receive an itemised quotation broken down by scope before any work starts. Payments are released against agreed construction milestones rather than fixed calendar dates, so what you pay matches what has been built.
What happens after handover?
We carry out a joint snagging walkthrough, clear the list, and hand over a full documentation pack with as built drawings, warranties and maintenance guidance. We stay reachable for post handover support.
